James Lewis, of Derbyshire, UK, based auctioneers & valuers Bamfords tells the remarkable story of Alfred Lyndhurst Pocock. The talented carver was the only British craftsman to ever work for Fabergé, known for his world famous jewelled eggs. A collection of Pocock's work was recently sold by Bamfords at its Derby sale room. In this video James also sells two items made more recently under the Fabergé name.
