Our head office, the auction house in Derby is perfectly situated just 10 minutes off the M1 on the Nottingham side of the city. With three large salerooms under one roof, our venue is one of the largest salerooms in the UK. A large car park and three loading bays enable easy deliveries and collections. The saleroom can host up to eight specialist as well as general auctions in a busy week, offering up to 4,000 lots. Above the salerooms is the hub of the organisation with nine department offices, cataloguing and research rooms where our specialists work on all areas of art and antiques.
Our Bakewell saleroom is located three miles to the south of the town at the Peak Village Retail Park in the village of Rowsley. Its tranquil riverside setting with over seven hundred car parking spaces and on-site restaurant not only makes it a perfect day out for buyers but also just off the A6 means it’s convenient and easy to find for deliveries. The stone built single level saleroom offers a traditional friendly atmosphere, while incorporating some of the most hi-tech auction technology on the market, enabling buyers to view every lot and bid live on the Internet from all over the world.
