Annabel is an active member of the Pinxton Porcelain society, The Oriental Ceramic Sociecy, The Derby Porcelain Society, The Caughley Society and The Northern Ceramic Society. With a knowledge extending far beyond the area of Ceramics and Glass, Annabel is also one of Bamfords' general valuers, and spends much of her time advising on a range of antiques at the company's many valuation roadshows.

After graduating with honours in Fine Arts Valuation from Southampton, Steven has built and developed one of the most successful and rapidly expanding silver departments in the country. Respected as a cataloguer, valuer and auctioneer, Steven has a wide client base within both the international silver trade and among major private collectors based in the UK and abroad.

Maxwell Craven MBE, FSA, AMA was educated in the West Country and took a degree in History and education at the University of Nottingham followed by further qualifications in Roman history and museum studies at Leicester, embarking on a 25 year career at Derby Museum, for eighteen of them as Keeper of Antiquities.
After completing a first degree in History at Royal Holloway University of London, Natasha joined Bamfords in 2004 as a junior valuer and has since helped to develop the weekly general sales, and as a Senior Valuation Assessor, spends much of her time valuing clients' items in house and advising on a range of antiques at the company's many valuation roadshows.

Colette studied Literature and Philosopy at UEA, Norwich, graduating with a BA (Hons) in 1995. A year spent living in Vienna further developped her interest in Art History and 20th Century Design. Colette heads our international client department and is fluent in several languages.

A historian and researcher, Alan is regarded internationally as an expert on the token and counterfeit coinage of the 18th century. For twenty-five years he was the voice of coins on BBC Radio as well as being the International Vice President of the Conder Collectors Club and a former President of the Numismatic Society of Nottingham.
