Sport - Football  -  Derby County - a hand written ledger recording proceedings of Derby County FC Limited Players' Committee from December 1895 to January 1897. 13 by 8.5in (33 x 21cm) bound foolscap ledger printed by Bemrose & Sons, Derby no. 24093 dated 18/12/1895, green morocco with gilt titling Derby County Football Club Limited/ Players Commitee, marbled end papers, 48 lined leaves (96pp) all interspersed with pink blotting paper, recording committee minutes from January 1897 to late October 1898, including financial arrangements for matches, fees, transfer negotiations, discipline, appointments of personnel, strip clours, ticket prices, list of player with injuries, numerous names: John Rylety (chairman) M S Roberts, S Bennett, G Stevens, W. J.
